• Free Shipping: Available on orders $50+
• Express Shipping: $18

Canada Shipping

• Flat rate: $28
• Free shipping does not apply to international orders

Processing & Delivery

• Orders ship Monday–Friday
• Orders placed before 10 AM EST may ship the same day
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

International Shipping

We currently ship to:

• The H2BAR Membership Box does not ship internationally
• Only select products are available for international shipping

Delays

Delivered but Not Received

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at info@howtobearedhead.com within a few days so we can help investigate.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).
